The Bellmont app provides useful information and features to people who use Bellmont as their cabinet manufacturer.
Features include:
- Lookup your contact information (name and email), compose email to SPOC with one tap.
- If you are a rep or manager, ability to lookup the YTD and view each individual months income.
- Find which orders are waiting for signoff, if rep, then view all orders of vendors waiting for signoff.
- Detailed information about what data we have received from you. (Including: address, phone, fax, email general/accounting/shipping).
- Lookup all of your orders, and if you are a rep: look up all orders of the vendors under you.
- Orders lookup provides a way to filter between: all jobs, wip, and shipped. The quickview shows basic information about the order (number, type, sidemark, ead, status, po). If the order is tapped, more detail is displayed, similar to that of a WIP report.
- Track your shipments on an order! No need to call in to find out the estimate delivery date, all information is pulled from UPS.
- Authentication of new users is easy! The rep adds a customer email and vendor number, this allows that email to be registered under the specified vendor number. The removal and de-authentication of a user is just as easy. All done within the app!
